Les Vampires
is a 1915–16 French silent crime serial film, written and directed by Louis Feuillade.
Set in Paris, it stars Édouard Mathé, Musidora and Marcel Lévesque.
The main characters are a journalist and his friend who become involved in trying to uncover and stop a bizarre underground Apache gang, known as The Vampires (who are not the mythological beings their name suggests).
The serial consists of ten episodes, which vary greatly in length.
Being roughly 7 hours long, it is considered one of the longest films ever made.

The images are cut out of wood (x-veneer), and assembled in layers. This gives depth to the image, and highlights details.
The whole thing is then varnished and colored where necessary... These are some of the images we have made from this project.

Clocks

A selection of watches, made of glass, steel, wood and leather. The movement is silent with a "floating" second hand.
All are handmade, and there is only one of each!
The materials are processed in our workshop, and the glass is cut, then ground and sandblasted. The steel is cut to size and shaped and ground. Rusted metal is left outside to rust naturally, and finally sealed with a transparent varnish.
The frame itself is made of wood, which is cut, shaped and treated. Preferably covered in leather or artificial leather.
The movement is of the electric type.
